St. Jude Center Park Central houses formerly homeless individuals aged 18 and up. This multi-phased homelessness and housing project is a collaborative effort between Catholic Charities, Catholic Housing Initiative (CHI), Metrocare, Housing Forward, and more. We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support our residents and enhance their experience at the center.

Available Volunteer Roles:

Front Desk Volunteer
As a Front Desk Volunteer, you’ll be the welcoming face at St. Jude Center, responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.1-2hour shifts. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring building access Greeting visitors and checking them in and out Answering phone calls Filing and organizing documents

As an Event Support Volunteer, you will have the exciting opportunity to plan and assist with events for our residents. You will help with events such as monthly birthday parties, Bingo nights, movie nights, and holiday parties. Your responsibilities may include:

Event setup Game hosting Event teardown
