Volunteer: Halloween Celebration!

The Brady Senior Center will be having a indoor trick or treat for Halloween! Volunteers will help guide the trick or treaters as they walk through the center and assist the clients with handing out candy. Volunteers are welcome to dress up in costume as well! Please keep the costume appropriate and child friendly. Face paint is welcome but please no face masks.

If you are unable to join on the event day but would like to still be involved, the center is accepting bags of candy to hand out! 

 

The Brady Senior Program at Marillac is a place for seniors to continue to grow in their later years by keeping their minds, bodies, and spirits active through a community setting! They foster meaningful relationships with staff and volunteers through what could otherwise potentially be lonely and isolating years. To reach each senior, our program promotes cognitive, physical, and spiritual engagement, as well as nutritional support to maintain overall well-being.

Volunteer: Bishops Gala 2026: Photography Assistant Volunteers

Help guests capture their perfect moment at our gala! As a Photography Assistant, you’ll encourage attendees to pose at our step-and-repeat (featuring the CCD-branded backdrop), ensuring everyone has a chance to shine. You’ll also help guests by holding their drinks or personal items while they step in front of the camera for that picture-perfect shot. Volunteers must be 21 and older to assist with this area.


Each volunteer group will be assigned a captain that will provide further training and assistance to the volunteer group regarding their roles. Volunteers will be expected to work the duration of the evening.

Attire: Evening attire is semi formal (black tie optional).

Commitment: We remind you that because you have committed to this volunteer time slot, this slot is not available for someone else to use. If you find yourself unable to assist us during the time you have selected, we ask that you cancel your registration in a timely manner, so we have adequate time to find a replacement. Volunteer commitment is an integral part of our ability to serve, and we appreciate volunteers who uphold the standards of commitment we hold ourselves to as an agency.

Join us for the morning set in preparation for our Annual Bishops Gala! Be a part of the behind the scenes action, where every detail counts!

Volunteers will help by:

- Setting up Auction Items

-Placing programming materials on chairs and tables

-Set up the Volunteer Ballroom for the evening

-Additional tasks/roles assigned by the CCD Marketing and Development team


 Minors will need to be accompanied with chaperone.

If you would like to volunteer through the Bishops Gala evening event, you will need to sign up for that slot as well. 

Required Training: Training and assigned tasks will be provided on-site by your shift captain. 

Attire: Comfortable wear such as Jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes are appropriate.

Commitment: If you find yourself unable to assist us during the time you have selected, we ask that you cancel your registration in a timely manner, so we have adequate time to find a replacement.
