Who We Are
The Volunteer Office is in place to generate high levels of Missions achievement and volunteer satisfaction and retention, an expansion of the pool of persons interested in offering their volunteer time to the organization, and a higher rate of donors/donations emerging from its corps of volunteers
What We Do
We collaborate with the various Catholic Charities Missions to advance organizational objectives in manners that wisely, carefully, and responsibly manage all gifts of volunteer time and talent.
To create a culture of good volunteer stewardship throughout the organization by adopting processes and procedures:
- Defining a universal set of volunteer best practices components
- Integrating such components into all levels of organizational activity where volunteers are engaged
- Regularly monitoring and evaluating such integration to assure the achievement of the organization’s Volunteer Stewardship objectives
