Help us organize and prepare donations for distribution by joining our Donation Sorting Team. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring donated items are sorted and ready to be distributed to individuals and families in need. Your efforts will help provide dignity and comfort to those facing challenging circumstances.
Responsibilities:
- Sort clothing donations by size and gender
- Organize hygiene products and household items for easy access
- Ensure donations are clean, in good condition, and ready for distribution
- Label and organize items to streamline the distribution process
- Work collaboratively with fellow volunteers to maintain an efficient sorting process
Volunteer Duties:
- Ability to lift and carry moderate items (such as bags of clothing)
- Attention to detail to ensure proper sorting and organization
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- No previous experience required; training and guidance will be provided
