Join our team to support disaster survivors in the City of Irving by reviewing relief applications and helping families get the assistance they need.
What You'll Do:
- Review applications to ensure they meet program guidelines.
- Communicate with clients by responding to emails, requesting missing documents, and keeping applicants informed.
- Organize and update digital client records in our Apricot system.
- Process financial assistance by submitting check requests and tracking disbursements.
- Provide key updates to the program manager on application statuses and client needs.

What You Need:
- No prior experience required—we’ll train you! Helpful skills include:
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Location: Catholic Charities Dallas – Mockingbird HQ. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: Flexible- anytime during business hours.
Commitment: 4–6 weeks
