Help us kick off and wrap up the night in style as part of our Check-In/Out team! We’re looking for volunteers who are comfortable with technology to assist guests with event registration, ticketing, and check-out. You’ll ensure a smooth process using our digital systems, helping guests get settled in quickly and efficiently.
Please note: This is a lively and energetic event, so the space may get noisy at times. Volunteers should feel confident hearing and communicating in a bustling environment.
If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy interacting with people, this role is a perfect fit for you! Join us in making the night run like clockwork.
Each volunteer group will be assigned a captain that will provide further training and assistance to the volunteer group regarding their roles. Volunteers will be expected to work the duration of the evening, but there is time to rotate for breaks so that all can enjoy the show. This year our entertainment are Kool & the Gang!
Attire: Evening attire is semi formal (black tie optional).
Commitment: We remind you that because you have committed to this volunteer time slot, this slot is not available for someone else to use. If you find yourself unable to assist us during the time you have selected, we ask that you cancel your registration in a timely manner, so we have adequate time to find a replacement. Volunteer commitment is an integral part of our ability to serve, and we appreciate volunteers who uphold the standards of commitment we hold ourselves to as an agency.
Food: Dinner will be provided in a Volunteer ballroom. Please notify us if you have life-threatening food allergies.
