Help make the evening memorable for our generous donors by serving as the main point of contact for your assigned table. You’ll ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well-supported throughout the night. Table Hosts will: Attend primarily to their assigned tables Provide event information and assist with guest needs Remain attentive during the live auction to help spot bidders and alert staff as needed If you enjoy hospitality, engaging with people, and bringing energy to a special event, this role is a great way to contribute to an unforgettable evening!
Attire: Evening attire is semi formal (black tie optional).
Commitment: We remind you that because you have committed to this volunteer time slot, this slot is not available for someone else to use. If you find yourself unable to assist us during the time you have selected, we ask that you cancel your registration in a timely manner, so we have adequate time to find a replacement. Volunteer commitment is an integral part of our ability to serve, and we appreciate volunteers who uphold the standards of commitment we hold ourselves to as an agency.
Food: Dinner will be provided in a Volunteer ballroom. Please notify us if you have life-threatening food allergies.
