Your primary role is to manage the check-in process efficiently, guiding clients to the services they need. By helping create a smooth and professional experience, you play a key role in reducing the stress often associated with tax preparation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and answer any initial questions they may have.
- Assist clients in signing in and completing necessary forms or documentation.
- Notify case managers or team members when clients arrive.
- Organize and maintain the intake area to ensure a steady and efficient flow.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and data entry.
- Respect and uphold confidentiality of all client information.
